get stuck. Some students do not know how to start and ask us to start
for them and then they finish on their own. A few students are
completely lost and request a sample solution. They then try to write
the program them selves and use the sample solution as a guide.

Fees are calculated based
on the amount of time spent. This includes solution preparation,
programming corrections and testing. Our fees are reasonable, depending
on what you can afford to pay. Since we are charging for time
spent we cannot offer guarantees or refunds. Students are expected to
test their program and fix any minor errors if they arise. If they
cannot we are happy to assist. It is important that students try first,
then they will discover how easy programming is. Payments are by visa
or master card.
